Impeccably clean place & super-friendly and extremely polite staff. Amazing food served, like coffee, muffins and pastries. Amazing, fantastic location in Santa Monica, close to bars and restaurants, downtown Santa Monica and the beach and pier. Again, not far from a jointed pier...

I had good 2-night stay here! Comforts of neat suite with sofa were fabulous. The room had coffee and WiFi plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures;)))

Good location: close to the beach & pier, to the 3rd street promenad, to bus and taxi stop, to the big shopping center, to road at Maliby, 25 min by car to LAX. friendly staff. internet not for free, but city of santa monica provide free wifi at all city territory & its connecting at hotel.

I really loved being just a short walk from the fine Santa Monica Pier and the beautiful beach, making it easy for me to spend my days strolling along the coast and soaking in the views, while the cool vibe of the area made my experience all the more nice.

Spotless place, professional and polite staff, magnificent location. Location short walk to pier and shops and beach and pier. Also, on top of everything with amazing customer service. Muffins and pastries at breakfast.

the room is large n deluxe but the spreadsheet is not so comfory, overall which is good n value for money!

I had reasonably priced room with sofa. Also, location was unbeatable, within walking distance of Third Street Promenade.

Lack of working AC outlets.

This place is a decent fit for a city break in Los Angeles, providing good value for money. The location was perfect for visiting the pier, making it easy to explore the area. Be prepared for some noisy nights if you're close to the street.

The staff is very friendly. Good location. Clean rooms.

Lacking normal breakfast and free wi-fi. I had a room with two queen beds, it was very small for such bed arrangement. One queen would be just fine. The services are basic - not a great value for the price.

Close to shops,cafes,beach,LAX.

Trying to get there from LAX. Shuttles are useless. Needed to pay for taxi.

No airconditioning, no security safe in the room.

I like that Sam, the night desk man, lent us his umbrella when I told him that my son had an audition at USC that morning and we had quite a bit of walking to do. Everybody was very friendly. They even printed out my boarding passes for me.

The continental breakfast could have been better.

I had an amazing time! The breakfast pastries were delicious, and the room was impressively spacious for the price. The view wasn't as expected from the photos, but the cozy atmosphere made up for it. I would definitely stay here again!
